The house consists of two main rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom and an attic. It has a large covered terrace with views of the village.

In the living room of the house we will find a large built-in corner sofa for moments of relaxation or even sleeping, a large fireplace for the cold winter nights, a small library with art books and a desk for reading or even working from home since the entire house is covered by high-speed wifi.

In the main area of ​​the house is the dining table where 4 people can dine comfortably. For coffee lovers, a small “coffee corner” was created in the space where you will find various types of coffee and tea, a coffee maker for filter coffee, nespresso, and a kettle for heating water for your tea.

This area also houses the fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom of the residence. In the kitchen you will find the refrigerator, electric oven, hobs, microwave and all the utensils you need for cooking and setting the table.

The old raised loft located in this space, which was previously used as storage space, was transformed into a sleeping area where now two people can sleep comfortably.

In the main bedroom of the residence, located right next to the dining room, we will find a built-in double bed and a wardrobe.

The residence’s spaces are complemented by a large covered veranda with unobstructed views of the village and the surrounding mountains. There, during most months of the year, you can enjoy your breakfast or your main meal surrounded by the scents of aromatic plants and the sounds of the village.
